Engineering Wellness Week is from March 5th – March 9th
It is essential to take care of yourself especially during high stress times. This semester’s wellness week, Mar 5 – Mar 9, has a variety of activities to promote student wellness. Among other activities, students can relax with dogs, enjoy a paint night, play games, and do yoga, or students can attend a workshop to learn to manage stress, or find healthy foods on campus. There is something for everyone!
