B2 Fall 2012
Read "Registration Information for First Year (Qualifying) Engineering Students" BEFORE starting to register. Go to http://www.engineering.ualberta.ca/year1reginfo.cfm
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. MATH 100 - register in LEC EH1 and LAB EH2 or LAB EH3 or LAB EH4. There are two labs each week. If LEC EH1 is full choose LEC EJ1 and one of the "EJ" LABS. Engineering students must register in sections beginning with “E”.
2. Register in ENGG 130 LAB E2 or LAB E3 or LAB E4 - you will be registered in LEC E1 automatically. If ENGG 130 is full, try another Timetable Pattern.
3. CHEM 103, register in LEC K01 and one LAB from T01, T02, T03, T04 or Y01, Y02, Y03, Y04. Register in any seminar that fits your timetable. CHEM 103 labs alternate with PHYS 130 labs. To avoid conflict, register in CHEM before PHYS.
4. PHYS 130, register in LEC EA04 and register in the same LAB (beginning with “E”) as CHEM 103.
5. Register in ENGG 100 LEC A2.
6. Add complementary studies elective - see Complimentary Studies Option (Table II) in the Registration information for First Year (Qualifying) Engineering Students.

B2 Winter 2013
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. MATH 101 - register in LEC EW1 and one "EW" LAB. If EW1 is full register in EV1 and one "EV" LAB. Engineering students must register in sections beginning with “E”.
2. MATH 102 - register in LEC ES1 and one "ES" LAB. If ES1 is full register in ER1 and one "ER" lab. If ER1 is full register in EW1 and one "EW" LAB. Engineering students must register in sections beginning with “E”.
3. CHEM 105, register in LEC K01 and one LAB from T01, T02, T03, T04 or Y01, Y02, Y03, Y04. CHEM 105 labs alternate with EN PH 131 labs. To avoid conflict, register in CHEM before PHYS.
4. EN PH 131 - register in LEC EB06 or EB04 and registration in the SEM EJ05 or EJ01 is automatic. Register in the same LAB (beginning with “E”) as CHEM 105.
5. ENCMP 100 - register in one "Y" LAB. Registration in LEC Y01 is automatic.
6. ENGG 101 - register in LEC B1.
