Student Life
Engineering is serious business
The U of A Faculty of Engineering takes the responsibility of educating the next generation of engineers seriously. We've been doing this for more than 100 years. But that doesn't mean it isn't fun! By taking advantage of everything that student life has to offer, you'll get the most out of your university experience. Getting involved with student groups and events means you'll develop new skills, discover new passions, and form friendships that last a lifetime.
Get involved
The Faculty of Engineering has one of the most active student bodies on campus, with a myriad of clubs and student team projects to get involved in. You can get involved in student governance at a high level, or join a student project and represent the Faculty at regional, national and international engineering competitions.
Connect
Whether they're sharing their experiences at an international
competition or navigating their way through their first year of studies,
our Engineering bloggers tell it like it is. Stay on top of what's
going on in the Faculty with our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
